Horror Games to Play is run by Moltke Benjaminsen ApS (CVR 45555399, Denmark), a Moltke Benjaminsen Alpha project, which is responsible for the data described here.

This site has no accounts, no advertising and sets no cookies of its own.

Anyone can rate a game and write a review without an account. To stop repeat votes we keep a one-way hash of your internet address, never the address itself. A review shows once it has been checked for spam and abuse, and the name you give, if any, shows with it.

We count visits with a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool (Umami): the page, the referring site, the browser, the device type and the country. Nothing in it identifies you, and it is not shared or sold.

A game played on its page here is loaded from its host (such as itch.io), which sees your visit as any site you load does and works under its own privacy policy. When you follow a link to a game, you are on that game's site, under its own privacy policy.
