Terms and pictures

Horror Games to Play is run by Moltke Benjaminsen ApS (CVR 45555399, Denmark) as a Moltke Benjaminsen Alpha project.

Horror Games to Play describes games and links to them. Game names, logos and pictures belong to their owners; using them here does not mean an owner endorses this site, and this site is not part of any game it describes.

Games played on this site

A browser game on its page here is shown through the embed its maker offers (itch.io's embed, or the maker's own site), loaded from the maker's or its host's servers. We do not copy or host the games. A maker who no longer wants a game shown here can turn its embed off, or write to legal@horrorgamestoplay.com and we take it off the page.

Pictures

Pictures on a game's page come from the game's own site, store page or press material, and their copyright stays with the game's owner. If you own a picture and want it removed, write to legal@horrorgamestoplay.com with the page address, and we take it down.

Links

Games that are not played here are played or bought on their own sites and stores. We are not responsible for what those sites do. Links are not paid for.

Accuracy

We check the pages and correct them when something changes. If a page is wrong, write to desk@horrorgamestoplay.com.
