The story begins at the exact moment Milk inside a bag of milk inside a bag of milk ends. The girl has managed to buy her milk, and now she has to get through the rest of the evening with you, the voice she talks to. She is anxious, she says she is completely terrified, and she sits on a railing looking into an abyss she treats like an old friend.

The maker calls it a psychedelic narrative full of pyramid-shaped wordplay, with stylised pixel graphics that reflect the girl's distorted perception. It is mostly reading and choosing replies, with a short point-and-click part.
