The set-up is a single errand: a girl needs to buy milk. You are the voice she talks to inside her head, and the store page asks you to help her and to be the first not to disappoint her. The maker calls it an artistic manipulation of word and form first and a game second, mixing absurd wordplay with what it describes as painful psychological episodes.

The horror is in how she sees things. Every picture is a coarse two-colour pixel image in red and purple, the shop and street dissolving into noise, while droning music and text that stretches, stutters and repeats make a simple trip feel threatening. It deals directly with trauma and mental illness, and at times the girl speaks to the player directly.
