Inunaki Tunnel is a short Japanese horror game by Chilla's Art set at a real, infamous tunnel in Fukuoka. It is mainly a walking simulator with some puzzles, played through a VHS camcorder filter, lasting 30 to 60 minutes with three endings.

Inunaki Tunnel is an early game by Chilla's Art, the Japanese two-brother studio behind Aka Manto and Missing Children, released on Steam for Windows in November 2019. It is set at Inunaki Tunnel (the name means howling dog tunnel), a real place near Inunaki village in Miyawaka, Fukuoka Prefecture.

The store tells the place's reputation: people are said to have been killed or burnt to death there, the tunnel has been sealed with concrete blocks after too many trespassers, and it is said that Japanese law does not apply beyond its entrance. It is called the most frightening place in Kyushu. The makers add that while the game references real events, its written content is fiction.

It plays mainly as a walking simulator with puzzle-solving elements. The look is photo-realistic but passed through a VHS filter that copies CRT trails, tape noise, interlacing and signal jitter, so the night walk to the tunnel looks like old camcorder footage. The question it builds on is simple: are you alone out there.
