What frightens A breached research module from an orbital station has crashed on an Arctic island, and you parachute in alone as Specter 8 to find out what got out. In near darkness, with only the radio voice of your operator for company, you search the snowbound wreck and its abandoned rooms where something red and fast is waiting.

Content: blood, violence, dark visuals.

A free, short side-on sci-fi horror mission. Special Response agent Specter 8 parachutes onto a remote Arctic island where a breached research module has crashed, and investigates in the dark with only a radio link to the operator, Morpho.

About 10-103: NULL KELVIN

10-103: NULL KELVIN is a short narrative horror game by Nerdspartan, a follow-up to the maker's earlier game 10-103. It is played side-on in spare, dark pixel art and runs in the browser.

The setup comes in radio code. A containment breach was declared on Installation 14 of the Axiom Orbital Research Station, and the breached module was cut loose. It crashed on a remote island in the Arctic Ocean. You are Specter 8, an elite Special Response agent dropped in by high-altitude parachute to assess the scene before the full squads arrive. Operator Morpho talks to you over the radio for the whole mission, in the clipped language of police ten-codes.

You move through snow and darkness to the wreck and into the module's abandoned rooms: bunks, lockers, a canteen, emergency lights. Most of the screen stays black, sound carries much of the tension, and the creature you meet is fast. You can run, roll and shoot, but the mission is about finding out what happened, told through the radio and what you see.

It suits players who want a tight, well-made horror short with a strong mood. Headphones are recommended by the maker, and you do not need to know the ten-codes to follow it.
