Ice Scream 5 Friends: Mike's Adventures is the fifth chapter of Keplerians' free mobile horror series, on Android. Your friends are scattered through Rod's ice cream factory, and you switch between Mike and J to explore its new areas, dodge the Mini Rod guards and hide from Rod while solving puzzles to reunite them.

About Ice Scream 5 Friends: Mike's Adventures

Ice Scream 5 Friends: Mike's Adventures continues straight on from Ice Scream 4. You freed your friends from their cages, but Rod, the evil ice cream man, arrived at the last minute and they had to scatter and hide in different parts of his huge factory. Now they have to come back together and stop him.

This chapter starts you as Mike, and for the first time in the series you can switch characters: Mike and J can each reach different parts of the factory, so you swap between them to get past obstacles. New areas include a furnace room deep in the factory and a kitchen from Rod's past, where cinematic scenes take you back to key moments in the history of Rod and his father, Joseph Sullivan.

The threat works as before. Rod roams the halls in his grinning mask, and the Mini Rods patrol and call him if they see you, so you move carefully, dodge and hide. Puzzles and a mini game stand between you and your friends, with a hint window if you get stuck. Ghost mode lets you explore with no danger, while harder settings make Rod and his helpers quicker to catch you.

It is a cartoon-style scare made for all ages, on Google Play only, and suits players who have followed the series or who like Granny-style hide-and-search games with more story.
