What frightens A bloodied, rotting butcher hides terrible secrets in his house and farm; he hears every move you make and comes after you while you sneak through his rooms, barn and a lab full of glowing tanks.

Content: violence, blood.

A first-person horror escape game from Keplerians, the studio behind Ice Scream and Evil Nun. You sneak into the home of Mr. Meat, a murderous butcher, to rescue the people he holds and uncover his crimes. He hears you moving, so you hide, distract him and solve the house's puzzles before he finds you.

About Mr. Meat: Horror Escape

Mr. Meat: Horror Escape is a free mobile horror game published by Keplerians, the Spanish studio known for Evil Nun and Ice Scream. It reached the App Store in 2019 and is also on Google Play. It is free with ads, and a Premium subscription removes them.

The game is now split into stories. In the first, Amelia's Rescue, you are hired to find Amelia Clark, a research fellow last seen at the butcher's house, and bring her back alive. Later stories send you back to rescue and heal his missing daughter Rebecca, and finally to find the evidence the police need to arrest him.

The fear is being heard. Mr. Meat, a hulking man in a bloodstained apron with a rotten face, reacts to the noise you make. You creep through attic corridors, a barn with a pig, a cellar lab of glowing tanks and a farmyard at night, using the environment to distract him and hiding when he comes close, while you work out the puzzles that open the way forward.

It plays like Granny and the studio's other escape games, with a bloodier villain. Some stories must be unlocked, and the game adds online friends, leaderboards and a skin shop. It suits players who like short, tense stealth attempts on a phone; play with headphones, as the developer suggests.
