Angels of Death Episode.Eddie is a pixel-art psychological horror adventure telling the past of Eddie, the gravekeeper of floor B4 in Angels of Death. You follow a boy from a cemetery clan who hides his brother's abuse and meets a mysterious girl among the graves.

Angels of Death Episode.Eddie is a special edition of Makoto Sanada's Angels of Death, first included as a bonus with the first Blu-ray and DVD volume of the Angels of Death anime and released on its own on Steam in May 2020 by Vaka Game Magazine. It tells the past of Eddie, the master of floor B4 in the main game, so it is best played after Angels of Death.

Eddie is born the third son of a cemetery clan. He loves the family work more than anyone and makes graves every day, even though he can never take over the business. Behind closed doors his eldest brother abuses him, and the violence grows more intense by the day without the rest of the family knowing.

One day he meets a mysterious girl with strange eyes in the graveyard and starts going to see her every night. As his days turn to hell, he realises he is not the only one: her wounds are growing day by day too.

It plays like the main game, in top-down pixel art with character portraits and dialogue, small choices such as what kind of grave to dig, and moments among the graves at night. The store warns that, though animated, it shows violence and abuse against boys and girls. Players say it is short and shows Eddie's fall into madness. It suits players who finished Angels of Death and want more of its world.
