About Death Park 2: Scary Clown Game

Death Park 2 is the sequel to Death Park by Euphoria Games. It came to iPhone in December 2020, listed there under Anton Nazarov, and is also on Google Play as Death Park 2: Horror Clown. Euphoria Games released it on Steam in February 2021 for $5.99, and it is sold for Xbox and Nintendo Switch as well.

The clown from the first game is back, and this time your sister's life depends on you. You find yourself in Farland, a foggy town full of secrets and monsters, and you have to learn where they came from, what happened there and where the clown came from. There are eight large locations, among them the city streets, a hospital, a cemetery, the sewers and a military base.

Where the first game was about hiding and escaping, this one is a first-person shooter. The locations hold weapons as well as puzzles, and you fight monsters, such as a toothed beast in a dark corridor, and there is a boss fight. You can move between the real world and the world of sleep, a red, bloody version of the same rooms, to solve puzzles; they come in two difficulty levels. Your decisions shape the story, which has eight endings.

On phones it is free with ads and in-app purchases; the Steam, Xbox and Switch versions are paid. It suits players who liked the first Death Park and want more of its clown with weapons in hand, and anyone after a jump-scare shooter with a story to uncover.

How to play Death Park 2: Scary Clown Game

  1. Start in Farland and explore the first location, picking up weapons and items.
  2. Fight the monsters that come at you, and keep an eye out for the clown.
  3. Switch to the world of sleep where the real one is blocked, to find what solves a puzzle.
  4. Choose a puzzle difficulty that suits you; there are two.
  5. Work through the eight locations, making the choices that decide which ending you reach.

Tips

  • Play the first Death Park before this one if you want the story to make sense.
  • Look at a room in both worlds: something hidden in one is often visible in the other.
  • Expect sudden scares, as the makers promise; headphones make them worse and the sound cues clearer.
  • With eight endings, keep an old save if you want to try another choice.
