About Necrophosis
Necrophosis is a first-person horror adventure by Dragonis Ares and Adonis Brosteanu, published by Dragonis Games and released on Steam in April 2025.
Billions of years after the universe met its demise, you awaken in a realm where death reigns supreme, but even death may die. Necrophosis, the curse that plagues this world, inflicts decay on everything it touches, and its characters, infected by the curse, are the very picture of decay.
The world itself is the horror: deserts of bone, monuments shaped like skeletal bodies, flesh grown into architecture, all in dust-orange light. You explore it, solve puzzles that each reveal another part of the story, and listen to narrations and poetry that unfold slowly.
It suits players who like strange, slow, artful horror in the vein of Scorn, built more on dread and imagery than on chases.
