About The Coma 3: Bloodlines
The Coma 3: Bloodlines is the third and last game in The Coma series, developed by Dvora Studio and published by Headup. It came out on 30 April 2026 for PC, PlayStation and Xbox, followed by Switch in June. It concludes the story of Sehwa High School that began in The Coma, and the store promises many secrets from the earlier games unravelled.
Behind the scenes of Sehwa Private High School, the Sehwa Foundation has long studied the Coma, a nightmare dimension that mirrors our world. Opposing them are the Ghost Vigilantes. Now wraiths of the past have crossed the ages, and the once-quiet Coma has become a realm of nightmare again. There, rumours and urban legends become reality, and a living intruder who dies is severed from their spirit and never wakes.
You cannot fight. Shadows run amok and hideous puppets hunt you, so you hide when you have the chance and wait for the moment to move. This time the game leaves the familiar school for new places across Seoul, with tighter, more enclosed areas, four bosses from a cursed history with their own attack patterns, and three playable characters from the series, each with different strengths and weaknesses. Its comic-book art shows neon-lit Seoul streets, an office lit by candles round an open book, and faces twisted by the curse.
Players of The Coma: Recut and The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters should play those first; newcomers will find the same tense hide-and-run loop in a darker, more Korean-occult story.
