Days Without Incident is a short horror game by We Create Stuff, the studio behind In Sound Mind and Nightmare House. It is a lost prototype from 2017, never shown before, and was released free on Steam in October 2025 through Black Lantern Collective. The makers present it as a step between Nightmare House: The Original Mod and In Sound Mind.

Working from no more than an old newspaper clipping, you come to the town of Ebenflow to find the answers you have been hunting for. Its people live in the shadow of an awful tragedy and would rather forget, and nobody drinks the water. Your investigation brings you to an old metalworks factory, abandoned after a series of mysterious deaths, where something has been growing in the quiet.

The makers call it vintage survival horror and a nostalgia trip to the 2010s. You watch your health, make every bullet count and solve puzzles as you move through the factory, a noir mystery of sickness, whispers and silence. The screenshots show grey, decaying corridors, red-lit service tunnels and pools of blood. The makers warn of blood, violence, dead bodies and horrific monsters.
