What frightens A religious summer camp turns out to be a trap: you are locked in a dilapidated school guarded by Sister Madeline, a possessed nun with a grinning, red-eyed face and a giant hammer, who hunts you through classrooms, attics and burning rooms while you sneak, solve puzzles and look for a way out.

Content: violence, jumpscares.

Evil Nun: The Broken Mask is a first-person stealth horror game from Keplerians, the makers of the mobile Evil Nun. Locked in Eagle Junior High School by the possessed Sister Madeline, you gather the pieces of a broken mask, solve puzzles and craft items with the help of other trapped children to escape by one of three routes.

About Evil Nun: The Broken Mask

Evil Nun: The Broken Mask was made by Keplerians with Carlos Coronado and released on Steam in December 2023. It takes the studio's mobile Evil Nun series to PC with a larger map, a cursed summer camp at a Catholic school called Eagle Junior High School.

You are selected for a religious summer camp that promises to be the ideal place to make friends, and as soon as you arrive you realise it is a hoax. You are locked in a dilapidated school guarded by Sister Madeline, a smart and creepy possessed nun who punishes children with a gigantic hammer, and you find you are not the only child trapped.

Your main goal is to gather all the pieces of a mask and put them together, solving puzzles and mysteries across six chapters, crafting items with the help of the lost children and finding one of three escape routes. Sister Madeline hunts you constantly, follows you into hard-to-reach places and turns up in attics, halls and burning rooms, so you sneak and hide more than anything else. There are also minigames along the way.

It suits players who liked the mobile Evil Nun or Granny and want a bigger stealth escape on PC.

How to play Evil Nun: The Broken Mask

  1. Buy it on Steam and run it on Windows.
  2. Explore the school and its grounds, staying out of Sister Madeline's sight.
  3. Gather the pieces of the mask and solve the puzzles that guard them.
  4. Craft items with the help of the lost children.
  5. Escape by one of the three routes.
