What frightens The store sends you as a mother through an abandoned Chinese-style hospital to find your missing daughter, in an atmosphere of extreme dread, among grotesque creatures born from ancient folklore and a story where nothing is as it seems.

Content: frightening and suspenseful scenes.

Hariti is a realistic first-person psychological horror game. You play a mother searching a decaying Chinese-style hospital for her missing daughter, among grotesque creatures drawn from ancient folklore. Take up what you can use as a weapon and uncover what the walls are hiding.

About Hariti

Hariti is a first-person psychological horror game by the studio Ghostcase, released on Steam in August 2026. You take the role of a mother whose daughter has gone missing, and the trail leads into a dangerous and mysterious hospital: an abandoned, crisis-ridden medical building in a Chinese style.

The store promises a blend of cultural dread and psychological tension. Its screenshots show what that looks like: a dark corridor of plastic waiting chairs under faded propaganda-style posters, a children's ward with a painted forest mural, strings of fairy lights and red balloons, a flayed red figure behind a window, and a tall, thin shape standing in a dark room. In one shot the mother holds a grey, fetus-like doll while a figure waits in a doorway behind her.

You explore the hospital, find the appropriate weapon for what you meet, and piece together the stories hidden behind its walls. The creatures are drawn from ancient folklore, and the plot is built as a mystery where nothing is as it seems.

It suits players who like slow, realistic first-person horror in East Asian settings, such as Devotion or The Bridge Curse.

How to play Hariti

  1. Buy and install the game from Steam (Windows).
  2. Start the story as the mother arriving at the abandoned hospital.
  3. Explore its wards and corridors in first person, picking up items and clues.
  4. Take up a weapon when you find one and use it against the creatures you meet.
  5. Follow the clues to uncover what happened in the hospital and where your daughter is.
