About Studio System : Guardian Angel
Studio System : Guardian Angel is a horror game by the small studio alreti circle, released on Steam in February 2025. Its store page opens with a line that sets the tone: welcome to the bloodletting.
Days before the end of high school, one of your friends decides to bring to light an abandoned film studio hidden underneath the school. Inside the dusty sepulchre everything goes black. When you come to, the students have vanished and all of your friends are gone. Stammering creatures wander the halls, the air is disgusting to breathe, and the walls are moving, pulsating. A voice you remember from unconsciousness is clear: end the cycle.
It is fixed-camera horror with light survival elements, and the fixed camera itself is your weapon: you use it to defeat enemies and to solve puzzles. You explore dingy, surreal environments, from a corridor flooded in red light to a pale blue school rooftop and platforms floating in a white void, and you can form a pact with a god to keep yourself safe. The characters are drawn in a scratchy anime style over low-poly 3D rooms, and the pause screen shows a heal, a few rounds of ammunition and Becky's bat.
It suits players who like strange, personal survival horror in the line of Heartworm or Signalis, where a fixed camera and a few supplies are all you have.
