About Hungry Lamu

Hungry Lamu is the first horror game by kulu, released on itch.io in 2022 and updated since. It plays in the browser and can be downloaded for Windows at a price you choose, including nothing. A sequel, Hungry Lamu 2, followed in 2025.

It begins as a bright, flat cartoon. A narrator asks Lamu whether it is a beautiful day, and you set out across a green forest with objectives like eating three cherries. Then the objectives change to eating three fruit friends, small smiling people with apple, pear and orange heads gathered around a campfire.
