Ms. LemonS is a short creepypasta-style horror game by OXTORD games, the makers of Mr. TomatoS, made to look like an old flash game. A cheerful cartoon lemon teacher sets you blackboard tasks to earn stars for her shop, while her irritation climbs with every mistake. It can be finished only once, takes about half an hour, and is pay what you want on itch.io for Windows.

About Ms. LemonS

Ms. LemonS is a Windows game by OXTORD games, made in Clickteam Fusion in the style of the old browser flash games, and a companion to their earlier Mr. TomatoS. Its page speaks in her voice: she is so glad to see you, she has been waiting a very long time for a worthy student, and you should feel at home and get ready for endless fun.

She sits beside a blackboard in a bright classroom with flowered wallpaper. The tasks come one after another, with a stopwatch on the desk: a sum with three possible answers, a count of the triangles in a drawing, a tangle of lines to follow to the right letter. Each correct answer earns stars, and stars buy items and costlier artifacts in her shop, such as a hammer or a hi-tech blender, to make the work easier. A sign at the top keeps count of her irritation.

The fear is in the gap between that schoolroom cheer and what leaks through it. On the maker's own page friendly words are struck through and replaced, a question about always losing reads in agony, and the advice to manage your resources ends with unless you want to make Ms. LemonS very irritated. The game can be completed only once, with no second chance, and how it ends depends on you.

A second download, MsLemonS++, for those who pay 5 dollars or more, lets you reset after finishing to reach more endings, and the maker says Mr.TomatoS++ is needed for the full experience. It suits players who liked Mr. TomatoS or other games that pose as something cute and turn, and want one that is over in an evening.

Tips

Take the tutorial seriously; mistakes are hard to undo in a game you can finish only once.
Save stars for artifacts: the shop says they cost more than items but there is no limit to how many you can unlock and use.
Play Mr. TomatoS too, and get both ++ versions if you want to reset and see other endings.
