On PC: one of the PC horror games.

What frightens A night-shift park ranger reviews camera photo reports from the woods and starts to see shapes in them that are not deer, amid missing-person posters, mangled animals and a park with a dark history.

Content: blood, violent murders, hangings.

Last Report is a short pixel-art horror game by Monopixel Games about a park ranger on the night shift. From a cabin desk you review camera photo reports from Among Green Trees National Park, talk with the other rangers and make choices, while the photos start to show things that should not be there.

About Last Report

Last Report is made and published by Monopixel Games and came out on Steam for Windows in July 2025. It is drawn in dark pixel art and is played from a desk in a ranger's cabin.

You are the night shift park ranger at Among Green Trees National Park. Your duty is to check the camera reports: trail cameras in the woods send in photos through the night, and each comes with a date, a time and a note about what it shows. Most are animals. Some are not. Something moved in the window, as the store puts it, but it is probably just another deer.

Between reports you check the park's weather station on the old computer, read what is pinned to the walls, and talk with fellow rangers who come by the cabin, making decisions at the worst moments. A missing-child poster, a mangled deer at the edge of the forest and the history the park has kept quiet build the dread more than any chase.

The store warns of blood, violent murders, hangings and brutal scenes. It suits players who liked I'm on Observation Duty or Krypta FM and want a short night of reading photos for the thing hiding in them.

How to play Last Report

  1. Buy and install Last Report from Steam, then start your shift.
  2. Open each camera photo report on the cabin computer and look closely at what it shows.
  3. Check the weather station and the documents the computer keeps.
  4. Talk to the rangers who come to the cabin and choose what to say and do when it matters.
  5. Keep working through the night as the reports and the park's history grow darker.

Tips

  • Look at the edges and the dark parts of every photo, not only the animal in the middle.
  • Read the notes on each report: the time and place matter as much as the picture.
