About Five Nights to Remember

Five Nights to Remember is a fan game by Radiance Team, directed by Nocturnum with StellaWisps, released free for Windows on Game Jolt in March 2024. It remakes AcedRain's Five Nights to Remember, first released on 13 June 2015, which its makers credit with helping start one of the biggest trends in FNAF fan games: exploring what happened at Fredbear's Family Diner. With help from the original developer, the remake brings updated gameplay, graphics and lore that expands on the original's story and on the Five Nights at Freddy's 1 to 4 timeline.

What did he do this time? It has been three years since the tragedy. The newly founded Fazbear Entertainment has tried to turn around the public's view of the once-beloved diner with a hit show and a new line of animatronics, and it wants you to join the Fazbear family as a night watchman.

The screenshots show the shift: the clock at 12 AM on a desk with a drink cup, a bar at the bottom to open the cameras and another for a tape, camera views with a map of the diner's rooms, a dining room of striped tablecloths and a party room with balloons, and a green-eyed animatronic bear leaning over the desk beside a cassette player at 2 AM.

It suits fans of the FNAF timeline and of Fredbear's-era fan games such as Forgotten At Fredbear's, and anyone who remembers the fan games of 2015.

How to play Five Nights to Remember

1. Download Five Nights to Remember from its Game Jolt page and run it on Windows.
2. Start your first night as the diner's night watchman.
3. Open the cameras from the bar at the bottom of the screen and check the map's rooms.
4. Use the tape panel at your desk, and keep track of the animatronics through the night.
5. Last until morning to finish each night.

Tips

• Learn the camera map early; the rooms are labelled on it.
• Watch your desk as well as the cameras.
• If you like the lore, it expands on the FNAF 1 to 4 timeline, so read what the game tells you.
