What frightens Your doll wakes you in the night, speaking as if it has a mind of its own, to warn you that a monster has come to take you away; in a dark child's bedroom you watch and listen for the Boogeyman at the closet and the window, with a flashlight whose batteries run down, and the weather changes each night.
Boogeyman 2 is a night-survival horror game by Clockwork Wolf in the style of Five Nights at Freddy's. Woken by a talking doll in a child's bedroom, you watch and listen through the night for the Boogeyman, conserving the batteries of your flashlight.
About Boogeyman 2
Boogeyman 2 is a horror game by Clockwork Wolf, released on Steam in 2017. It tells its own story, so you do not need to have played the first Boogeyman.
You are woken in the night by your doll, which speaks as if it has a mind of its own and warns you that a monster has come to take you away. Your weapon is a flashlight, and the store sums up the rules in three words: watch, listen, and conserve power. The batteries only last so long, and charging them is a risk.
The whole game takes place in a dark child's bedroom with drawings on the walls, a cupboard with slatted doors and a window. The weather changes each night, which affects how you play. The fear is the classic one of a child in bed at night, sure that something is in the closet.
It supports full VR on the Oculus Rift as well as a normal screen. It suits players who like the Five Nights at Freddy's formula of surviving the night from one spot, without the animatronics.
How to play Boogeyman 2
- Buy it on Steam for Windows; play on a screen or in VR with an Oculus Rift.
- Survive each night in the bedroom with your flashlight.
- Watch the closet, the door and the window, and listen for the Boogeyman.
- Use your light to find him before he finds you, and save battery power when you can.

Tips
- Use headphones: listening is half the game.
- Do not keep the flashlight on all the time; the batteries do not last.
- Expect each night's weather to change what you can see and hear.
