Granny 3 is a first-person horror escape game by DVloper, the maker of Granny and Granny: Chapter Two, released on Steam in 2021 and also on Android.

Granny and Grandpa have moved into an old mansion with a moat and a high wall around it, as protection or, more likely, to make escape harder. You are an explorer who sees the place late one night, opens the unlocked gate and walks in, not knowing the infamous couple who live there will do anything to keep you.

The rules are the series' own. Granny hears everything: drop something or step on a creaking floor and she runs to the sound, and she leaves bear traps around. Grandpa does not hear well, but if he sees you, run. You can hide under beds, a couch or in wardrobes, and two kinds of weapon in the house will stop them for a short while. Items inside and outside the house all have uses you have to work out.

You get five days. There are five difficulty levels, from Practice, where the house is empty of the couple but not of danger, to Extreme. It suits players who like learning a house by heart and escaping under pressure.

How to play Granny 3

1. Buy it on Steam for Windows or download it on Android.
2. Explore the mansion and grounds and pick up the items you find.
3. Move quietly; if Granny hears you, hide under a bed, a couch or in a wardrobe.
4. Work out how to use the items to escape before your five days run out.

Tips

• Start in Practice mode to learn the house without Granny and Grandpa.
• Watch the floor for bear traps and creaking boards.
• Keep out of Grandpa's sight: he hears poorly but is dangerous if he sees you.
