What frightens You thaw out of cryostasis on Mars Site-113, the largest SCP Foundation facility, a year after contact with Earth was lost. Most of its tens of thousands of staff are dead, the anomalies held there have escaped, and you move through dark, decaying corridors, maintenance tunnels and gore-smeared halls with whatever tools you can find, deciding whether to sneak past or fight what lives there now.
Content: violence, gore, disturbing events.
SCP: Fragmented Minds is a first-person survival horror game in Early Access by HST Studios, set in the SCP Foundation's universe. You wake from cryostasis in a ruined containment facility on Mars and hack, weld, sneak and fight your way past the escaped anomalies, released chapter by chapter.
About SCP: Fragmented Minds
SCP: Fragmented Minds is made by HST Studios and published by indie.io, and entered Early Access on Steam in January 2025. It is built on the SCP Foundation, the collaborative fiction about a secret organisation that contains anomalous objects and creatures, and it is being released in chapters.
You are brought out of cryostasis at Site-113, the Foundation's largest facility, on Mars. A recorded message explains that Earth has been silent since a Near-Extinction Event, that the SCPs transferred there have broken containment and that only a few hundred staff are left. You are not being rescued; you are the last line of defence.
The facility is split into zones with different dangers and resources. You hack doors, weld, climb and crawl through vents, craft tools and decide how to deal with each SCP, using stealth, weapons or even other anomalies. Choices have consequences, and the store warns that not everyone you meet can be trusted. The tone is lonely and tense, with flickering lights, alarms and strong sound design that players single out.
Players compare its feel to Prey and praise its looks and voice acting, while some note that early chapters are short, linear and still need polish. It suits fans of SCP games who want something more story-driven than SCP: Containment Breach, and players of sci-fi survival horror like Prey and Dead Space who do not mind playing a game that is still growing.
How to play SCP: Fragmented Minds

- Make the story choices with care; who you trust has consequences.

Tips
- Search rooms thoroughly; resources are spread thin across zones.
- Watch and listen to an SCP before engaging; sneaking past is often safer.
- Use the environment and tools, not only weapons, to deal with threats.
- Expect checkpoint saves; finish a section before quitting.
