What frightens As a late-night technician at Circus Baby's Pizza World, you crawl through cramped vents between dark rooms full of active animatronics, shocking them from control pads and creeping past them on the orders of a cheerful company voice that seems not to care whether you live.

Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location is a game in Scott Cawthon's series, released on PC in October 2016, then on Android and iOS, and in 2020 on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, with the mobile and console versions published by Clickteam.

Circus Baby's Pizza World promises family fun with cutting-edge animatronic entertainers and party catering. Behind the scenes, it is hiring a late-night technician: must enjoy cramped spaces and be comfortable around active machinery; not responsible for death or dismemberment. You take the job.

Unlike the earlier games, you are not sitting in one office waiting for 6 AM. Each of the five nights, HandUnit, the facility's voice, greets you and assigns maintenance tasks, and a night ends when the tasks are done. You crawl through crawlspaces between the Primary Control Module, the Funtime Auditorium, Circus Control and the Ballora Gallery, use control pads to light rooms and shock the animatronics, and on one night navigate in the dark with only a flash beacon. Circus Baby, Ballora, Funtime Foxy and Funtime Freddy are always close.

Finishing the story unlocks a Custom Night with several modes and difficulty settings. The voice acting is a large part of its character, and critics were divided on how difficult it is.

How to play Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location

Start a night and listen to HandUnit, who gives you that night's tasks.
Crawl through the vents and crawlspaces to the room each task needs.
Use the control pad in each room to light it or shock the animatronics as instructed.
Move carefully past the animatronics when a task sends you among them.
Finish every task to end the night, then unlock Custom Night after the story.
